Auckland, New ZealandSAP has made a further commitment to the New Zealand Small and Midsized Business (SMB) market with the appointment of sales and service reseller Eagle Technology Group Ltd.

Tim Cavill , SAP SMB Director Australia & New Zealand, said SAP is very excited by the partnership and that Eagle’s brand and market reach will form a key part of SAP’s overall SMB strategy.

“The appointment demonstrates how critical SAP views the reseller channel in its push to acquire a significant share of the SMB market,” said Mr Cavill.

In January SAP also appointed Enprise as an SAP reseller.

“We are very pleased to welcome Eagle Technology as a channel partner. Eagle Technology has been an industry icon across the New Zealand market for several decades and brings a wealth of experience across the mid market, particularly in business applications”, said Mr Cavill.

Eagle Technology will leverage its market presence and capability to drive market penetration of SAP Business One.

“Eagle Technology and SAP share a common vision of providing New Zealand SMB businesses with world class applications,” said Mr Cavill.

“In addition to offering industry leading software for SMBs, SAP provides key differentiation to its channel partners through its commitment to professional development, support, training and lead generation. This helps maximise strategic business opportunities for both SAP and its channel partners”.
