Sydney, Australia — Geraldine McBride, President & CEO SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ), announced today the departure of Alan Hyde, CEO & Managing Director, SAP Australia & New Zealand. Tim Ebbeck, SVP and Chief Commercial Officer of SAP APJ, will immediately step in as CEO & Managing Director for SAP’s ANZ business in an acting capacity.
“It is with regret that I announce the departure of Alan Hyde, CEO & Managing Director of SAP ANZ. Alan, who has played a key role in the SAP ANZ leadership team, will be pursuing an alternative course in his career.
“In his 5 years with SAP ANZ, Alan managed highly effective teams, servicing the needs of SAP customers. I thank him for his valued contributions to SAP.”
Tim Ebbeck is based in Australia and has been a key contributor to the success of the ANZ team since joining SAP in 2003. Prior to taking up his APJ role as SVP and Chief Commercial Officer, Tim was the COO and CFO for ANZ, where he played a crucial role in all key deals and the overall leadership of the ANZ business.
