Sydney, Australia — SAP today announced the unrestricted availability of SAP CRM 2007 in Australia. With an eye toward empowering the growing business user market, this breakthrough new product has been co-innovated with leading customers and partners, and is designed to be simple and powerful to solve real business problems.
SAP CRM 2007 is now available in four markets worldwide as the default shipment for CRM. More than 200 customers in the US and Germany have already begun implementing the solution, since the December 2007 product launch in these markets. The release of SAP CRM 2007 is a further demonstration of SAP leadership in the CRM market as noted by leading analyst firms.
SAP continues to deliver on its commitment to business process innovation by providing customers with powerful enterprise software solutions to better manage relationships with customers. In addition to new capabilities such as real-time offer management, trade promotions management, business communications management and pipeline performance management, the latest release of SAP CRM features a dynamic new user interface (UI) that gives business users the power to easily access all relevant information to best serve customers.

SAP announced SAP CRM 2007 at the 5th SAP Influencer Summit, held in Boston, December 4 2007. It is available on unrestricted release in four markets globally; US, Germany, Singapore and Australia.
