Sydney SAP consultancy BluLeader has been bought by global tech services giant DXC, as part of the company’s strategy to grow its SAP Practice. Commenting on the acquisition, DXC’s Managing Director, Seelan Nayagam said:
“The acquisition of BluLeader is an integral part of DXC’s commitment to continue to grow and invest in SAP-based customer experience solutions and more broadly our SAP Practice, with the joint strategic goal of achieving our position as the number one SAP partner in Australia and New Zealand.”
BluLeader will fall under DXC’s SAP-focused Oxygen practice, to address the CRM, eCommerce and eMarketing needs of clients and improve customer experience, with the Sydney company’s customer innovations set to be scaled globally.
