Importantly, sustainability has become a priority in the transformation journey as firms pursue competitive advantage through new approaches to growth.
Before examining transformation’s essential elements, it’s important to define it. At its core, transformation means marked change.
“It’s all about mindset. It requires looking outwards and assessing opportunities for revenue growth, as well as examining risk to drive efficiencies as an ongoing process. Transformation must also consider what’s going on in the world,” explains Katri Bloomfield, SAP’s director of innovation and transformation.
