Belgium-based Drylock Technologies has experienced rapid growth since 2011, requiring robust systems and IT strategies to support expansion across international sites. In this video, Kristof Wylin, ERP Director at Drylock, and Gunther Heirman, Head of BU ERP at Flexso, discuss how SAP ERP has become a backbone of this journey, focusing on standardization and scalability.
“Integration, standardization, and vision are key,” Kristof explains. With production plants using similar machinery worldwide, Drylock can implement SAP S/4HANA across locations, creating consistency in operations. “Standardization means that when one team member moves to a different site, they can easily adapt and support colleagues,” adds Kristof.
Flexso played a critical role in this journey. “We’ve been there every step of the way, from blueprinting to the initial rollout, and then transitioning responsibility to Drylock’s internal team,” notes Gunther. This approach has empowered Drylock’s own teams while allowing Flexso to provide continuous support as needed.
Looking ahead, Drylock aims to enhance its SAP environment further with Fiori, SAP’s modern user experience platform. “This will change the way our team interacts with SAP, making it more intuitive and efficient,” says Kristof.
