Automatisering en digitalisering<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe hebben gekozen voor RISE with SAP en S\/4HANA Private Cloud omdat deze flexibele en futureproof oplossing perfect beantwoordt aan onze vereisten<\/em>\u201d, zegt Yvan Troch, Information Technology Management Consultant bij Idelco Insulation .<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Idelco Insulation koos voor de implementatie van SAP best practices. Hierdoor konden essenti\u00eble functionaliteiten gerealiseerd worden binnen de vooropgestelde deadline van vier maanden, binnen budget en conform de scope. In een tweede fase werd ook een geautomatiseerd AGV-palletmagazijn ge\u00efmplementeerd, ondersteund door SAP EWM warehouse management.<\/p>\n

De succesvolle integratie van de ERP-toepassing is grotendeels te danken aan de effici\u00ebntie van het interne team en de cruciale bijdrage van de SAP-implementatiepartner Expertum Consulting.<\/p>\n

Schaalbare oplossingen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Door het robuust ERP-pakket zijn de dagelijkse operaties en transacties gestroomlijnd en de integratie vergemakkelijkt. Doordat het ge\u00efntegreerde systeem Excel-spreadsheets en andere tools verving, werd de operationele effici\u00ebntie in de backoffice aanzienlijk verbeterd.<\/p>\n

Dankzij het nieuwe ERP-systeem kende Idelco Insulation een aanzienlijke productiviteitsstijging en een reductie van kosten. Daarnaast biedt de toepassing bijkomende voordelen voor de hele organisatie gaande van de verkoop-, inkoop-, productie- en boekhoudafdeling. Het platform biedt bovendien flexibiliteit voor toekomstige optimalisaties en uitbreidingen, in lijn met de groei van de organisatie.<\/p>\n

Toekomstige uitbreidingen<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cDankzij het SAP-ontwerp kunnen we een effici\u00ebnte en snelle implementatie garanderen bij het opzetten van nieuwe productielijnen of nieuwe locaties in onze internationale omgeving<\/em>\u201d, zegt Filip Vandenweghe, CEO van Idelco Insulation.<\/p>\n
