Este grupo est\u00e1 crescendo e impulsionando grandes transforma\u00e7\u00f5es nos neg\u00f3cios, pois eles consomem ou trabalham somente para companhias que se importam com os mesmos problemas com os quais eles se preocupam, como mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas, desperd\u00edcio na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos de diversos setores e sustentabilidade, por exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com um estudo da Futerra em 2018, 88% dos consumidores preferem se relacionar com marcas que os ajudem a ser mais sustent\u00e1veis. A partir das m\u00eddias sociais, os Passionates observam cada companhia e, antes de concretizar uma a\u00e7\u00e3o, realizam uma an\u00e1lise extensa, desde a cadeia de abastecimento at\u00e9 as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho de cada funcion\u00e1rio. A ind\u00fastria da moda \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por 10% do carbono emitido em todo o mundo, representando um n\u00famero maior do que, at\u00e9 mesmo, voos internacionais.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Ellen Macarthur afirma que a ind\u00fastria pode ser respons\u00e1vel por produzir 26% da pegada de carbono at\u00e9 2050 e 20% da polui\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1gua no mundo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A Environmental Protection Agency revelou que 84% das roupas produzidas s\u00e3o descartadas em aterros sanit\u00e1rios. Por este motivo, os consumidores est\u00e3o dando um prazo para que a ind\u00fastria da moda resolva esses problemas.<\/p>\n<p>Algumas empresas est\u00e3o transformando a maneira de produzir, atendendo as exig\u00eancias e conquistando o respeito dos consumidores e trabalhadores.
