Corporate Knights<\/a> has unveiled its 2025 list of Canada\u2019s Top 10 International Corporate Citizens<\/a>, and SAP Canada is proudly among the honorees. This recognition is a clear signal that SAP\u2019s deep-rooted sustainability commitments for our customers and ourselves, as well as our transformative approach to responsible business are resonating where it matters most.<\/p>\n

A Meaningful Milestone<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Corporate Citizen ranking, drawn from nearly 350 major Canadian corporations, considers both the percentage of sustainable investments and revenues and a series of 23 detailed performance metrics. SAP\u2019s inclusion is an indicator that the company is not only investing in the right areas but also yielding results that contribute meaningfully to a sustainable economy.<\/p>\n

According to Corporate Knights, top performers like SAP are catalyzing a national shift that saw economy-wide sustainable investments grow by 97 percent between 2019 and 2023.<\/p>\n

SAP’s sustainability strategy runs deeper than surface-level initiatives. At the heart of our success is a multi-pronged, science-backed commitment to achieve net-zero emissions across our entire value chain by 2030. Among our commitments, we are operating all SAP-owned data centers with 100 percent renewable electricity<\/strong>, enhancing sustainable event practices including eliminating single-use plastics <\/strong>and promoting locally sourced catering<\/strong>, and supporting a circular economy<\/strong> by designing systems that reduce waste and regenerate natural systems<\/p>\n
