New book shadows midmarket heroes
Ten consultants, ten stories: In its new book, Business Heroes in SMBs (ISBN 978 3 86638 145 2), itelligence AG (Hall 4, Stand E04) offers a glimpse into the everyday lives of 10 SAP consultants for small businesses and midsize companies. Publisher Dieter Schoon, head of human resources at itelligence, promises readers intriguing insights from the daily routines of the employees featured. The book will be available from March 3 for €18.
TDS: IT outsourcing and solutions for SMEs
TDS is presenting a number of offerings at the stand of its parent company, Fujitsu (Hall 4, Stand E20). Among the items on display are SAP products customized for cosmetics producers, food companies, and the process industry, as well as the company’s business intelligence packages based on SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse and SAP BusinessObjects.
One of the latest offerings in the TDS portfolio is an all-inclusive package that includes software based on SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) and the necessary SAP licenses, as well as consulting, implementation, and a suitable Fujitsu PRIMERGY server.
A first for UNIORG: SAP’s full complement of SME software
The full-service provider UNIORG of Dortmund, Germany (Hall 5, Stand A04), is presenting all three SAP software offerings for small businesses and midsize companies – SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, and SAP Business All-in-One – for the first time at CeBIT 2010. Also at the forefront of the company’s portfolio are products for SAP Business One, implementation services for the software on Apple Macs, and a new industry solution for machine rental as an add-on. In addition, the latest version of ETS – software for integrating mobile devices into SAP systems – is on display.
Open Text presents DOMEA 4.5
At the stand of the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate (Hall 9, C39), the e-government specialist Open Text is exhibiting offerings that include the current version (4.5) of DOMEA, its solution for document management and electronic archiving in IT-supported business operations. This latest edition sports a revamped user interface and integration with Microsoft Office.
Expanded BI portfolio from Cubeware
Rosenheim, Germany’s Cubeware (Hall 5, Stand D35) is presenting new and current versions of its software solutions for analysis, reporting, planning, and dashboard management. These include release 3 of the business intelligence front end Cubeware Cockpit V6pro and the ETL (extract, transform, load) tool Cubeware Importer. Interested attendees can pick up a free special edition of Cubeware Cockpit V6pro at the stand. This single-user version includes just a few restrictions on the full version’s functionality and runs on Windows systems.
BTC’s processes grow with companies
At BTC AG’s stand (Hall 4, F12), attendees can obtain information on sustainable IT solutions that grow along with companies. According to BTC, potential optimizations are just waiting to be tapped in areas such as value engineering, collaboration, outsourcing, and ECM portals. Also on display at the company’s stand is the new version (7.0) of the modeling software BONAPART.
