The scale of the SAP SuccessFactors cFWD platform is also something I’m very excited about. Currently the solution supports over 47 million users making over 200 million transactions daily, with over 140 million API calls per month. Furthermore, to ensure service delivery excellence, we’re unveiling a new state-of-the-art Global Operations Center to deliver fast response times to customers all around the world. In addition to this, customers will have access to the industry’s most comprehensive set of tools to assist in self-resolution.

To keep the platform at the peak of the industry, cFWD applies a unique cloud optimal application architecture developed to service the HR needs of our largest customers, along with the unique requirements stemming from working across new technologies and geographies.
