Ungt talent og lang erfaring skal spille bold ind over generationsforskellene.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201dUnge mand, unge, unge mand!\u201d. Du kender m\u00e5ske Axel Str\u00f8byes ud\u00f8delige karakter fra Olsenbanden filmene? Den karriere-parkerede kriminalassistent Jensen bel\u00e6rer vedholdende Ole Ernst som ung entusiastisk detektiv, at politiet naturligvis skal forholde sig passivt og undg\u00e5 at opklare forbrydelser?<\/p>\n<p>Grotesk og karikeret og hylende grinagtigt. Men Axel Str\u00f8byes indsigtsfulde og maves\u00e5rsramte mellemleder repr\u00e6senterer i min optik den organisatoriske kompleksitet, som pr\u00e6ger mange virksomheder. Viden og tradition l\u00e6gger nogle gange gift ud for rent faktisk at levere varen, for \u201ddet har vi pr\u00f8vet\u201d, og \u201ddet kan slet ikke lade sig g\u00f8re\u201d, og \u201ddet orker vi da ikke ved siden af alt det andet\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Virkeligheden har ikke facitliste<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Logisk nok har mange virksomheder og organisationer et bevidst fokus p\u00e5 at tiltr\u00e6kke nye talenter. Jeg har selv st\u00e5et bag flere rekrutteringsprogrammer og p\u00e5 egen krop m\u00e6rket den indre \u2019Axel Str\u00f8bye\u2019 presse sig p\u00e5. For selv om jeg elsker ut\u00e5lmodigheden, virketrangen og vildskaben hos unge lederaspiranter, s\u00e5 har jeg ogs\u00e5 besv\u00e6r med at kapere fork\u00e6letheden og nogle gange umodne krav om privilegier og ansvar.<\/p>\n<p>Rom blev nu engang ikke bygget p\u00e5 to sekunder. Virkeligheden er kompleks og sammensat, og den kommer ikke med en \u00a0fast facitliste for, hvad man skal kunne for at tage n\u00e6ste skridt i en organisation. Det er ikke lige s\u00e5 simpelt som at forholde sig til et pensum og arbejde m\u00e5lrettet p\u00e5 at sikre sig en topkarakter.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Man skal ville det<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vi forts\u00e6tter vores rekrutteringsaktiviteter, fordi vi har brug for de bensp\u00e6nd og den diversitet som flere generationer er med til at skabe p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen. Kultur\u00e6ndringen skaber hurtigt en anden stemning og nye vinkler p\u00e5 den samme arbejdsopgave.<\/p>\n<p>Vores vigtigste l\u00e6ring er nok, at man virkelig skal ville det. Det koster nemlig tid og indsats p\u00e5 den korte bane, og man er som leder og organisation ikke helt sig selv bagefter. Rationalet er jo netop at udvikle organisationen, og derfor nytter det ikke at lokke ungt talent ind ad d\u00f8ren, og s\u00e5 bare forvente at de falder p\u00e5 plads og opf\u00f8rer sig efter samme m\u00f8nster som man selv gjorde i sit f\u00f8rste job.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Innovative medskabere<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De nye generationer er i h\u00f8j grad medskabere \u2013 is\u00e6r digitalt \u2013 og vi skal optimere muligheden for kontakt og interaktion i langt h\u00f8jere grad. Unge er vant til, at alt er tilg\u00e6ngeligt, hvor som helst og n\u00e5r som helst. De suger konstant information til sig, men mister ogs\u00e5 hurtigt interessen. De multitasker for det meste, og p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen samler de inspiration alle steder fra, hele tiden. De er ikke indforst\u00e5et med hierarkier p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5de som tidligere generationer, og som leder skal man v\u00e6re inspirator oftere end instrukt\u00f8r. L\u00e6g st\u00f8rre v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 feedback og muligheder end p\u00e5 styring. Lyst, interesse og tillid er de drivende kr\u00e6fter i den selvledelse, som de er mestre til.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>St\u00f8rre form\u00e5l<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M\u00f8det mellem en klassisk organisation og disse nye medarbejdere bliver kun lykkeligt, hvis begge parter udvikler sig i relationen. Vi skal som \u201dgamle i g\u00e5rde\u201d undg\u00e5 at forfalde til vanens magt og ren repetition. Jeg forudser, at vi skal g\u00f8re vores organisationer mere flydende, og at interesse og tillid skal binde os sammen i stedet for systemer og regler. Vores virksomheder m\u00e5 tjene et st\u00f8rre form\u00e5l end blot at tjene penge. Indsatsen for en bedre verden er helt n\u00f8dvendig at udvikle og vedligeholde i m\u00f8det med nye generationer\u00a0 (og det g\u00e6lder jo for \u00f8vrigt ogs\u00e5 for mange os med erfaring).<\/p>\n<p>Omvendt f\u00e5r vi nogle mennesker ombord som har innovation og iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tteri i blodet. De eftersp\u00f8rger trygge rammer med feedback og anerkendelse. Hvis vi form\u00e5r det, s\u00e5 udvikler vi sikkert ogs\u00e5 t\u00e5lmodighed hos de nye talenter.
