Visioner er der nok af. Eksekvering her og nu er det sj\u00e6ldne dyr p\u00e5 savannen.<\/p>\n<p>Da jeg var ung, sad jeg i kassen hos F\u00f8tex for at finansiere mit ungdomsliv. Dengang i 80\u2019erne var detailhandel 100 procent offline og tilbudsavisen, butikken og personalet udgjorde den samlede kundekontakt. Nu er B2C, detailhandel og n\u00e6sten alle andre brancher i en fuldst\u00e6ndig anderledes situation.<\/p>\n<p>Komplekst samspil mellem offline og online, nye kanaler, nye kontaktpunkter og nye devices skaber et meget broget billede, hvis f\u00e6llesm\u00e6ngde er data. Jeg arbejder da ogs\u00e5 selv med at levere software og data-l\u00f8sninger til at optimere kundeoplevelser i virksomheder &#8211; heriblandt detailhandlen.<\/p>\n<p>It-branchen, konsulentindustrien og marketing-guruerne er naturligvis rundh\u00e5ndet n\u00e5r det kommer til at dele b\u00e5de vision\u00e6re id\u00e9er, tanker og viden om, hvordan eksempelvis en butiksk\u00e6de skal forholde sig i den nye virkelighed. Tanken er at sikre personlig og relevant kommunikation til den enkelte kunde.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Viden skaber relevans<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Det kan ske gennem metodisk indsamling af viden i forskellige kontaktpunkter, s\u00e5 man opn\u00e5r en omnichannel, hvor man rammer kunden rettidigt og med relevante budskaber p\u00e5 kundens foretrukne kanal. Netop brugen af data og dermed viden om kunden er afg\u00f8rende for at skabe effektiv dialog.<\/p>\n<p>Det er stort set umuligt at opdrive en international leverand\u00f8r af forretningsl\u00f8sninger, som ikke har noget bud p\u00e5 hvordan din virksomhed kan optimere kunderelationen. Men det kr\u00e6ver dog en del mere end et CRM system, og vi er mange der h\u00e6vder at have den rette vare p\u00e5 hylden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Eksekvering differentierer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Den virkelige distinktion g\u00e5r i forhold til at eksekvere. Visionen er p\u00e5 plads, og den er vi alle enige om. At bruge data \u2013 s\u00e5 mange som muligt og inden for lovens rammer \u2013 til at skabe st\u00e6rke personaliserede kundeoplevelser der tilf\u00f8rer v\u00e6rdi til kunden.<\/p>\n<p>Eksekvering skiller dog f\u00e5rene fra bukkene, fordi alle virksomheder skal eksekvere hver eneste dag. Mest muligt, hurtigst muligt, s\u00e5 billigt som muligt og med det bedst mulige resultat. Vi kan ikke vente p\u00e5, at et stjernekrigsprojekt er f\u00e6rdigt, f\u00f8r vi arbejder intelligent med data. Kommunikationen skal afsted b\u00e5de i dag og i morgen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>KPI\u2019er i hundredvis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Den store dagligvarek\u00e6de opererer med KPI\u2019er i hundredvis, og k\u00e6den har behov for datam\u00e6ssig underst\u00f8ttelse for at n\u00e5 m\u00e5lene. Selv om mit smil var et vindende et af slagsen, s\u00e5 skal der mere til end smilende kassemedarbejdere i F\u00f8tex i dag. Kundekontaktens kompleksitet er vokset enormt, og hvis man vil levere it-underst\u00f8ttelse skal man b\u00e5de v\u00e6re med p\u00e5 den lange rejse og have noget p\u00e5 hylden til i morgen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>V\u00e6r relevant og ram pr\u00e6cist n\u00e5r du eksekverer bredt <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sports-brandet PUMA er et godt eksempel. De ville gerne opn\u00e5 et st\u00e6rkere kunde engagement og loyalitet samt en stigning i den europ\u00e6iske oms\u00e6tning. Med en m\u00e5lrettet e-mail-kampagne og et personaliseret marketing mix fik de engageret deres kunder i s\u00e5 stor en grad at kampagnen leverede en femdobling i oms\u00e6tning, 50 procents stigning af nye kunder i deres database og en \u00e5bningsrate der voksede med 25 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Driveren var i PUMA\u2019s tilf\u00e6lde at v\u00e6re relevant. Kampagnen var m\u00e5ske international men sprog og valuta var altid tilpasset modtageren. En lavt h\u00e6ngende frugt men virkningsfuld, n\u00e5r man er i stand til at skalere. Eksekvering handler om at finde veje og have indsigt til at ramme pr\u00e6cist, selv n\u00e5r man optimerer og eksekverer bredt.<\/p>\n<p>Din it-leverand\u00f8r skal alts\u00e5 v\u00e6re med p\u00e5 den langsigtede vision, men skal samtidig ogs\u00e5 have templates p\u00e5 hylden, som er nemme at bruge, relevante for dine KPI\u2019er og de skal v\u00e6re pr\u00e6-byggede.
