Initiativet bygger p\u00e5 et samarbejde med Lead the Future-kampagnen, som \u00f8nsker at se alle talenter i spil, og som vil g\u00f8re op med det k\u00f8nsopdelte uddannelsesvalg og arbejdsmarked.<\/p>\n<p>Danmark har nogle af verdens mest veluddannede kvinder, men til trods for det, er antallet af kvindelige ledere forholdsm\u00e6ssigt lavt, og det g\u00e5r kun langsomt fremad. Netop det s\u00e6tter Lead the Future-kampagnen fokus p\u00e5. Kampagnen blev sat igang i 2018 af dav\u00e6rende ligestillingsminister Karen Ellemann og Tine Arentsen Willumsen, adm. dir. i Above &amp; Beyond gruppen, der st\u00e5r bag The Danish Diversity Council. Siden 2019 har kvindelige rollemodeller i SAP delt deres personlige karriererejse i IT med unge kvinder p\u00e5 gymnasiale og videreg\u00e5ende uddannelser i h\u00e5b om at inspirere dem til lederjob inden for IT.<\/p>\n<p>Det k\u00f8nsopdelte uddannelsesvalg og arbejdsmarked er, if\u00f8lge Lead the Future-kampagnen, en stor del af forklaringen p\u00e5, at andelen af kvindelige ledere er lav. Derfor er der behov for at s\u00e6tte ind tidligt \u2013 s\u00e5 de mange ambiti\u00f8se og dygtige unge kvinder v\u00e6lger en uddannelse og et job, der kan f\u00f8re til ledelse.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vi skaber et kulturelt fokus<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>SAP har et globalt m\u00e5l om en 50-50 fordeling af lederposter blandt m\u00e6nd og kvinder i 2030.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; M\u00e5let handler ikke bare om at prioritere kvinder for kvindernes skyld. Vi taler ikke om kvoter i SAP, men ved at s\u00e6tte et konkret og uomg\u00e6ngeligt m\u00e5l for, hvad vi skal opn\u00e5, har vi skabt et kulturelt fokus som tvinger vores HR-folk, recruitere og ledere, der s\u00f8ger efter nye kvalificerede medarbejdere, til at rette mere fokus p\u00e5 kvinder og v\u00e6re \u00e5bne for deres kompetencer, blandt andet gennem coaching i diversitet og inklusion, siger <strong>Helle Dochedahl, Managing Director for SAP i Norden og Baltikum<\/strong>, der selv er en af rollemodellerne, som deler sin viden og erfaring p\u00e5 Lead the Futures arrangementer over hele landet, og ligestilling, eller balanced leadership spiller en vigtig rolle i SAP.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vi arbejder i en branche der ofte fremh\u00e6ves pga. manglende diversitet og for at bek\u00e6mpe denne tendens arbejder vi m\u00e5lrettet p\u00e5 at g\u00e5 forrest som det gode eksempel og st\u00f8tter derfor gerne op om Lead The Future-kampagnen, siger <strong>J\u00f8rn Jacobsen, Adm. Direkt\u00f8r i SAP Danmark.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Manglende selvtillid er ikke problemet<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Med mere end 13.000 medlemmer og 67 afdelinger fordelt over hele verden er SAP Business Women Network SAPs st\u00f8rste medarbejderdrevne netv\u00e6rk. Det str\u00e6ber efter at hj\u00e6lpe kvindelige kollegaer med at fremme deres karriere gennem st\u00e6rke relationer, deling af professionelle indsigter og udvikling af kompetencer, fx gennem mentorships, webinarer og leadership programmer.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Jeg tror ikke, at kvinder mangler selvtillid, jeg tror bare, at kvinder vejes efter en anden standard. Kvinder granskes langt mere end m\u00e6nd \u2013 p\u00e5 deres udseende, deres udholdenhed, hvad de siger, og hvordan de siger det \u2013 og derfor bruger kvinder typisk meget tid p\u00e5 at fors\u00f8ge at undg\u00e5 at folk opfatter dem negativt. Det er ikke det samme som manglende selvtillid. Vi man\u00f8vrerer under sv\u00e6rere forhold, fordi vi oplever, at der p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd eksisterer mange forhindringer for os, siger <strong>Jennifer Ruscelle, Global Head of Advocacy,\u00a0SAP Intelligent Spend &amp; Business Network<\/strong> der leder den danske SAP Business Wo\/Men Network afdeling.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>K\u00f8nsuligheden i IT-branchen grundl\u00e6gges tidligt<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If\u00f8lge Jennifer Ruscelle bidrager manglen p\u00e5 kvindelige rollemodeller til, at k\u00f8nsuligheden i IT-branchen grundl\u00e6gges tidligt.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Det begynder i skolen, og bliver mere udtalt, n\u00e5r pigerne bliver \u00e6ldre og skal v\u00e6lge uddannelse og karrierevej. Skabelsen af kvindelige rollemodeller er en af de vigtigste ting, vi kan g\u00f8re, for at tiltr\u00e6kke flere kvinder indenfor STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering og Mathematics).<\/p>\n<p>En unders\u00f8gelse fra PwC (2021) fandt f.eks., at kun 22% af de adspurgte studerende kunne n\u00e6vne en ber\u00f8mt kvinde fra IT-branchen, mens 78% af respondenterne kunne n\u00e6vne en mandlig IT-profil.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Det vidner om, hvor stort et arbejde det kr\u00e6ver af os alle sammen hvis vi skal bidrage til at skabe og styrke en pipeline af dygtige kvinder i den danske IT-branche, siger Jennifer Ruscelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jennifer var en af talerne den 1. marts p\u00e5 Lead the Future eventet p\u00e5 Copenhagen International School. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>___<\/p>\n<p>SAP var den f\u00f8rste globale IT-virksomhed der opn\u00e5ede EDGE-ligestillingscertificering, den f\u00f8rende globale standard for ligestilling, og opn\u00e5ede sit 2020 m\u00e5l om at 25% af alle lederpositioner skulle v\u00e6re besat af kvinder allerede i 2017. SAP arbejder nu p\u00e5 en 2022 m\u00e5ls\u00e6tning p\u00e5 30%.
