H\u00e5rde, brutale og bureaukratiske processer g\u00f8r lige det modsatte. Vi skal blive bedre til at t\u00e6nke i udvidede netv\u00e6rk.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 det seneste har jeg set flere eksempler p\u00e5 LinkedIn-opslag fra mennesker, der stopper i jobbet, fordi de simpelthen ikke har lyst til at bruge mere mental energi p\u00e5 en organisation, en arbejdskultur eller en omgangsform. En slags \u201dhappy quitting\u201d. M\u00e5ske er de blot den synlige del af et isbjerg, hvor der under overfladen er en masse &#8220;quiet quitting&#8221;. Alts\u00e5 at man fysisk m\u00f8der op, men g\u00f8r det med f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssig distance, reduceret indsats og lavt engagement. B\u00e5de den usagte og den eksplicitte opsigelse handler om den subjektive oplevelse af at arbejde. Hvilken utilfredshed, udbr\u00e6ndthed, konfliktstemning og konfliktskyhed er bygget ind i kulturen?<\/p>\n<p>For alle ledere bliver dette endnu mere v\u00e6sentligt, i takt med at nye generationer ruller ind p\u00e5 arbejdspladserne. Positiv organisationskultur virker nemlig som en magnet p\u00e5 talent og f\u00e5r det bedste frem i os. H\u00e5rde, brutale og bureaukratiske processer g\u00f8r ikke. Det interessante er, at vi snakker meget om netv\u00e6rk, og vi hylder tanken, men mange steder er vi stadig hierarkiske, ordrepr\u00e6gede og asymmetriske over for hinanden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fedt at v\u00e6re med<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vi skal blive bedre til at t\u00e6nke og agere som i udvidede netv\u00e6rk. Grundtanken skal v\u00e6re, at vi er lige, og at alle har ret til at v\u00e6re her og mene noget. B\u00e5de i relationen mellem mennesker og i relationen mellem virksomheder. Jeg kender det selv fra de dybe samarbejdsprocesser, vi har sammen med vores kunder. Selv om det p\u00e5 overskriftsplan er n\u00e6sten parallelle forretningsm\u00e6ssige m\u00e5ls\u00e6tninger og teknologisk indhold, s\u00e5 er oplevelsen som menneske vidt forskellig.<\/p>\n<p>Vi m\u00f8der arbejdskulturer pr\u00e6get af \u00e5benhed, ambitioner og positivitet. Her arbejder kundens medarbejdere og vores medarbejdere t\u00e6t sammen, og de l\u00e6rer hinanden rigtig godt at kende, og de str\u00e6ber efter det ypperste. N\u00e5r det menneskeligt set er \u201dfedt\u201d at v\u00e6re i projektet, s\u00e5 bliver resultatet typisk meget bedre og skaber mere v\u00e6rdi. Det tiltr\u00e6kker talent og f\u00e5r entusiasmen til at blomstre eksponentielt. Vi m\u00f8der bare ogs\u00e5 det modsatte.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Oplevelsen p\u00e5 indersiden<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>SAP arbejder business-to-business med store forretnings-projekter, der udg\u00f8r den digitale kerne og rygrad i kundens virksomhed. Her er der ikke plads til kortsigtet egoisme. Salgs- og implementerings-processer p\u00e5 m\u00e5neder og \u00e5r er et vilk\u00e5r i vores branche, og derfor vokser vi t\u00e6t sammen med kunderne og deler deres ambitioner og frustrationer. Vi smager ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 den kultur, som pr\u00e6ger den enkelte organisation p\u00e5 \u201dindersiden\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>I egne r\u00e6kker skal vi g\u00f8re op med passive angribere p\u00e5 holdet, der blot st\u00e5r stille og venter p\u00e5 at fiske en bold og sparke den i nettet. Det kunne v\u00e6re den tiljublede s\u00e6lger, der f\u00e5r en underskrift p\u00e5 en kontrakt. Men hun h\u00f8ster blot frugten af al det udf\u00f8rte arbejde i forsvaret og p\u00e5 midtbanen. Hele holdet er n\u00f8dvendigt for at v\u00e6re en v\u00e6rdiskabende partner for kunden.<\/p>\n<p>Lige s\u00e5 lidt konstruktivt er det at m\u00f8de en sm\u00e5-paranoid kunde, der med skyklapper p\u00e5 fokuserer p\u00e5 den n\u00e6ste 25-\u00f8re og ikke har det lange lys p\u00e5 i forhold til den digitale v\u00e6rdiskabelse. Skyklapperne betyder m\u00e5ske, at man alene fokuserer p\u00e5 k\u00f8bet og midt i mistroen slet ikke f\u00e5r al energien, erfaringen og entusiasmen med i leverancen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bel\u00f8nning til de langsigtede<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9t \u201dkunderum\u201d kan alts\u00e5 v\u00e6re inspirerende og udfordrende. Et andet kan v\u00e6re dr\u00e6nende, energiforladt og tungt. Personligt er jeg motiveret af at arbejde sammen med ledere, der t\u00e6nker langsigtet. Basis er et godt partnerskab, hvor alle er menneskeligt til stede, og atmosf\u00e6ren emmer af opgavefokus og \u00e6rlighed. Uanset hvad der st\u00e5r p\u00e5 visitkortet. Netv\u00e6rkst\u00e6nkning og gensidig respekt p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af skellet mellem kunde og leverand\u00f8r og mellem specialist og generalist f\u00e5r alle op p\u00e5 lakridserne. Man f\u00e5r instinktivt lyst til at hj\u00e6lpe, bidrage og nikke den en skalle i s\u00e5dan en psykologisk sikker og \u00e5ben proces. Det er ogs\u00e5 nemmere at lave gode aftaler for alle. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeg kan godt blive lidt rystet i troen p\u00e5 et positivt verdensbillede, n\u00e5r jeg m\u00f8der ledere, der ikke \u00f8nsker at investere i fremtiden. De kan m\u00e5ske nok tale med om de store dagsordner, men reelt handler de for at opn\u00e5 kortsigtet m\u00e5lopfyldelse. To af de allerst\u00f8rste dagsordener i disse \u00e5r er b\u00e6redygtighed og kunstig intelligens. Vi st\u00e5r over for en teknologisk revolution.
