SAP Business ByDesign includes functions to help you manage customers, finances, projects, employees, suppliers, production and logistics, and legal compliance. You can assemble individual modules into a solution that meets your specific needs.
Customer relationship management
The CRM module maps all of the workflows needed to manage customer relationships. With it, you can conduct campaigns, oversee customer contacts, and forward orders to employees in sales.
The module for finance serves as a point of confluence for all payments while enabling employees to post to general ledgers, keep stock records, and manage cash and liquidity. It also tracks material consumption, production performance, and overhead costs and factors in whether payments are made by check, bank transfer, or credit card.
In the primary general ledger, the module enables users to monitor their company’s current financial status. In doing so, it takes the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and all other common guidelines into account.
