SAP Services<\/a> hat die Antworten und bietet die Konzepte f\u00fcr den individuellen Weg in die digitale Transformation. Mit dem Ziel, Unternehmen belastbarer, robuster zu machen in einer Zeit der sich schnell ver\u00e4ndernden Marktbedingungen.<\/p>\n

\nPascal Prassol, Vice President Innovation Services bei SAP erl\u00e4utert im Gespr\u00e4ch mit Claus Kruesken, wie man all dies auf dem Weg in eine erfolgreiche Zukunft im Auge beh\u00e4lt.
\nMal wollen kurzfristige Anforderungen in schnelle L\u00f6sungen umgesetzt werden, wie bei der Investitions- und F\u00f6rderbank Hamburg. Dort war die Zahl der F\u00f6rderantr\u00e4ge durch die Corona-Krise um ein Vielfaches gestiegen. Gemeinsam hat man einen neuen Weg gefunden, diese in kurzer Zeit zu bearbeiten.<\/p>\n

Aber auch von langfristig geplanten Projekten berichtet Prassol: Ein Automobil-Handelsunternehmen suchte nach neuen Wegen, die Preise von Gebrauchtwagen besser zu ermitteln. Im Innovationsprozess war es essentiell, die langj\u00e4hrigen Mitarbeiter und ihre Erfahrung mit einzubeziehen, um eine hohe Akzeptanz der neuen L\u00f6sung zu erreichen.<\/p>\n

Ganz wichtig im Jahr 2020: Das Stichwort \u201eRemote\u201c. Auch SAP Services hat seine Beratungsleistungen \u201eaus der Ferne\u201c optimiert und macht den ganzen Innovationsprozess auch in virtuellen R\u00e4umen m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n
