Allan Krans Principal Analyst and Practice Manager, Cloud Practice, TBR

 Allan Krans is a principal analyst and practice manager for TBR’s Cloud Practice, with focus on cloud services, enterprise security, storage and software markets. He is the project lead for multiple engagements in the software space, directing research that delivers valuable insights into the alignment between customer behavior and the competitive marketplace.

Allan provides analysis and insight on EMC, Microsoft, IBM Software and Symantec as well as contributes to quarterly benchmarking activities, including the Software Vendor Benchmark and the Public Cloud Benchmark.

Allan is frequently quoted in industry publications such as The Boston Globe, eWEEK, Investor’s Business Daily and BusinessWeek.

Prior to joining TBR in 2002, Allan held a project management role supporting the distribution model for a Fortune 100 insurance company.
