Andy Hilton Vice President, Communications, Content & Brand, ADP
Andy Hilton, Vice President, Communications, Content & Brand, plays a key role in helping give ADP, an HR technology and services leader, its voice in the marketplace. In this role, Andy leads a centralized communications, content marketing, brand and events team responsible for shaping ADP’s narrative and getting that story in front of audiences that matter. He joined ADP in July 2014.
Before ADP, Andy led communications and corporate marketing efforts for the Water Solutions business of Xylem Inc., based in Stockholm, Sweden. Xylem was created following its spinoff from ITT Corporation in October 2011. Prior to the spin-off, Andy led ITT’s corporate public relations function, and served as the company’s chief spokesperson. He joined ITT in 2006.
Andy cut his teeth in communications working with two great PR agencies, Ketchum and Peppercomm. And he is a proud Syracuse University alumnus.
