Cynthia Gee Partner, Global Business Services Consulting Practice, IBM
Cynthia Gee is a Partner within the Global Business Services consulting practice within IBM. She is the global leader for the Learning Services business responsible for the life-cycle of our solutions – strategy, design, development, sales, marketing and support. This role is accountable for integrating best practice delivery models, process excellence and supporting technologies that drive client business outcomes.
Prior to assuming the global leadership role, Cynthia led a business development team focused on developing first of a kind learning and education business ventures in the Asia Pacific Market. Prior to joining IBM, Cynthia worked for Coca Cola and the US Department of State.
As a thought leader, Cynthia was awarded a patent by the United States Patent agency in 2011 for developing a cloud-based learner support application and business process that leverages data from multiple learning systems and user-generated inputs to enable tailored support for distance learners. The application is currently used by the United States Army to support more than 200,000 soldiers and civilians engaged in distance learning.
Cynthia’s education includes a B.S. in systems engineering from The George Washington University (GW) and an M.S. in Operations Research also from GW.
