Ginger McCullough Vice President, Training and Change Management, Brookshire Grocery Company
Ginger McCullough is currently vice president – training and change management at Brookshire Grocery Company, a regional grocery chain with six manufacturing plants and more than 150 stores across Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
She is responsible for the establishment of the change department and the training department, which came after a major SAP implementation where there was an immediate need for a dedicated team in each of these areas.
She is a veteran of the retail grocery industry and has worked in various facets of human resources and store operations for more than 25 years.
Ginger was recently named one of the top female senior executives in the grocery industry. She is a certified Human Resources Professional, and a popular conference speaker.
Ginger helped establish BGC’s first Women’s Leadership Forum and is a member of the company’s Diversity and Inclusion council.
