Before SAP, Jenny was Chief Learning Officer at SuccessFactors for two years where she won numerous industry awards for the measurable business impact of her sales enablement initiatives. Jenny was at Sun Microsystems for 6 years where she was the global Chief Learning Architect across all corporate content and the Chief Learning Officer for the Americas – a position that led employee learning, partner enablement and the customer education business for the region and carried a 100M P&L. Jenny was at Hewlett-Packard for 8 years where she started as an instructor and instructional designer and progressed to executive positions as the Learning & Development leader for Global Sales & Enterprise Marketing, Global Technology Services and Global Corporate Learning Strategy.
She is thought leader in human capital management and general business and writes a regular column for Forbes called The Future of Work. Jenny was the recipient of the Silicon Valley Tribute to Women in Industry Award for 2013 and the Silicon Valley Women of Influence Award for 2014.
Although she has deep roots in Silicon Valley, with degrees from UC Berkeley, San Jose State and Stanford University, Jenny has a strong focus in international business and has traveled extensively. She is on the Board of Directors at ASTD (the world’s largest professional association for training, development and workplace learning) and TheatreWorks (the nationally-acclaimed theatre of Silicon Valley). Through the Fortune Most Powerful Women Network, she is a mentor for the U.S. State Department to female entrepreneurs in developing countries. Jenny is a professional artist and competitive athlete.
A talk radio and cable TV broadcast journalist since 1995, media producer / host Bonnie D. Graham created and launched SAP Coffee Break with Game-Changers Radio in Fall 2011.
