Kinh DeMaree Director of Talent, Axiom Zen
Kinh DeMaree is based in San Francisco and is the Director of Talent at Axiom Zen. Previously, she was the HR Supervisor for Anheuser-Busch, Tech Recruiter for Google, and Sr. Tech Recruiter at Facebook where she hired hundreds of software engineers, including a record number of female engineers.
Following Facebook’s IPO, Kinh joined Mixpanel as the Principal Recruiter. She later took a sabbatical to join 500 Startups and Dave McClure on “Geeks on a Plane” and volunteered with the U.S. Department of State’s “TechWomen” program to mentor technical women from the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa.
She graduated from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
In her spare time, Kinh enjoys traveling, tinkering with tech toys, and investing in real estate and startups. She and her husband have a “dogter” named Aryanah—a Hairless Terrier who enjoys agility training.
