Manish Tandon Executive Vice President and Head of the Life Sciences & Services, Infosys
Manish Tandon is the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Healthcare, Insurance, Life Sciences and High-tech at Infosys. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing services and solutions for global clients. He manages critical relationships with client executives, industry analysts, and deal consultants, as well as anchoring the training and development of key personnel. He is responsible for crafting and delivering business and technology solutions while working with a globally distributed set of associates. Manish is a Member of the Boards of Infosys Lodestone and Infosys Public Services.
Prior to this role, Manish was Global Delivery Head of IT services for the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) unit, responsible for nearly 35 percent of Infosys revenues. Prior to his stint with FSI, he reinforced the testing business for Infosys, doubling revenues in three years. He accomplished this by improving margins, business mix and market positioning.
Manish has around 22 years of industry experience, including three years of entrepreneurial experience. Manish joined Infosys in 1996 and has performed multiple roles in business unit management, delivery management, sales and client relationship management. His contributions have been recognized internally in the areas of sales and account management, customer satisfaction and people development.
Manish has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK), and a postgraduate diploma from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).
