Dr. Natalie Petouhoff is a social media ROI guest lecturer at UCLA Anderson School of Business and adjunct professor, measure of PR and marketing at Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California, and leadership and organizational change management and ROI adjunct professor at Pepperdine University.
