Peter Howes has 40 years of experience in HR as a practitioner, academic and consultant. For the past 30 years, he has specialised in workforce planning, reporting and analytics.
Over the past 25 years, Peter has developed the Infohrm program, a membership-based program that provides 160 global companies with a workforce planning, reporting and analytics solution that complements the functionality of their HRIS. In 2010, Infohrm was acquired by SuccessFactors, the world’s fastest growing business software company.
Peter is a Life Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute. In 2003, he earned the Outstanding Alumni Award for the Business Faculty at Queensland University of Technology. Peter has regularly spoken at conferences and workshops in Europe, North America and Australia. He is based in London and Brisbane.
