Sarah Cooke is Associate Vice President and Managing Consultant at Great Place to Work (GPTW), responsible for strategy and delivery of services that improve business performance through strengthened workplace culture. Sarah is recognized as an advocate for individuals and organizations seeking more meaningful and impactful work experiences. This comes, in part, from influence developed while with previous employers including Dell, Herman Miller, and Motorola.
