Sue Stephenson Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee of IMPACT 2030, Lead of The Ritz-Carlton Community Footprints®
Sue Stephenson leads The Ritz-Carlton social responsibility program, Community Footprints®. Reporting to the President & COO, she is charged with expanding the company’s global corporate citizenship efforts through multi-faceted initiatives focused on child well-being, hunger and poverty relief, and environmental responsibility. Community Footprints is integrated into the company’s long range plan, operations, service values and business priority metrics.
One of the initiatives Sue spearheaded is Succeed Through Service®, a skills-based mentoring program deployed in over 100 underserved communities. To date, it has impacted the lives of over 18,000 children and to expand the reach of the program, the Succeed Through Service Toolkit is available on an open source, non-proprietary basis.
Currently, Sue is serving as Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee of IMPACT 2030, a private sector led global collaboration with the United Nations and other stakeholders, designed to leverage employee volunteering to help advance the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
A talk radio and cable TV broadcast journalist since 1995, media producer / host Bonnie D. Graham created and launched SAP Coffee Break with Game-Changers Radio in Fall 2011. Since then, she has developed 20 additional themed Game-Changers radio series for SAP.
