Tim Good Managing Director, Talent & Organization Practice Lead, Accenture Strategy

Tim Good is a Managing Director in Accenture Strategy and leads its Talent & Organization practice in EALA (Europe and Latin America). He specializes in global HR strategy and the digitization of the HR function creating innovative HR solutions that deliver tangible business results to clients.

Tim has co-authored several articles on trends reshaping the future of HR, the future of performance management and how digital impacts the workforce of the future. In demand as a guest speaker, he is regularly called upon to talk about these topics with clients, peers and other HR and talent thought leaders.

Originally from the UK, Tim now lives with his family in Heidelberg, Germany. He was educated at the University of Oxford from which he holds an MA, and Trinity College of Music, London from which he holds an MMus.
