SAP Hong Kong Supports Ocean Park to Accelerate Digital Transformation and Align Operational Processes

HONG KONG – November 26, 2020 — For over a decade, SAP Hong Kong has been supporting Ocean Park, Hong Kong’s home-grown theme park, through various technologies to become a cohesive organization, facilitating its connected and engaged workforce to navigate the challenging business environment.  With SAP ERP solutions and SAP SuccessFactors, Ocean Park continues to empower and connect its multi-disciplined teams towards operational alignment with a readiness to respond to change.

Since 2011, SAP® ERP was deployed by Ocean Park as an on-premises resource planning solution to transform and interlink its business processes. Ocean Park has subsequently rolled out cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors® solutions to enhance its capabilities in human resources management and better support its employees.

Fabian Padilla Crisol, Managing Director, SAP Hong Kong, said, “All businesses today are facing extreme challenges and an increasingly complex digital landscape. Organizations like Ocean Park that are transforming for the digital age by keeping their people at the centre of all of their decisions are the most agile and effective. Ocean Park is focused on becoming an intelligent enterprise that delights customers and employees alike, and SAP is proud to be its digital transformation partner.”

“SAP ERP solution was a catalyst for cultural change that connected our entire organization and spurred us all to share information and data on a single centralized platform,” said Ms Mimi Fu, Executive Director of Human Resources at Ocean Park. “When everyone has access to a wealth of neutral and unbiased information, we get better insights and can make better decisions. Tying this into our SuccessFactors platform helps us keep employees motivated, engaged and at the heart of everything we do.”
