However, many organizations struggle to gain a holistic view of the skills that exist within their workforce or the ambitions of their people. The latest advancements to the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite bring together data, machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) to provide organizations with a better understanding of the capabilities within their workforce and actionable talent intelligence to align their people with the needs of the organization.<\/p>\n<p>The following advancements will be available in the second half of 2022:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Skills ontology\u00a0<\/strong>uses machine learning and automation to continuously identify an employee\u2019s skills based on their role, responsibilities, experiences and accomplishments, providing a holistic view of an organization\u2019s skills on a global scale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Growth portfolio\u00a0<\/strong>is a dynamic library of employee attributes, including skills, strengths, workstyles, passions and aspirations \u2013 bringing the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/news.sap.com\/2022\/05\/expressive-states-human-experience-at-work\/\">whole self model<\/a>\u00a0to life.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dynamic teams\u00a0<\/strong>is a new capability that enables organizations to create, track, measure and optimize the outcomes of teams that exist beyond traditional hierarchies. Organizations that use the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/products\/hcm\/performance-goals.html\">SAP SuccessFactors Performance &amp; Goals<\/a>\u00a0solution can add objective key results (OKRs) to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/news.sap.com\/2021\/10\/dynamic-teams-power-future-of-work%E2%80%AF\/\">dynamic teams<\/a>\u00a0to track progress and measure success. Growth portfolio and skills ontology provide talent intelligence to individualize recommendations within SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace that are reflective of each person\u2019s whole self, not just their skills. Empowering people to bring their whole selves to work starts with identity. SAP SuccessFactors users can now indicate their chosen name and personal pronouns on their public profile \u2013 enabling them to own how they show up and be recognized as their true selves at work.<\/p>\n<p><em>Chosen names and personal pronouns will be generally available for all SAP SuccessFactors customers in the fourth quarter of 2022.
