BANGALORE, India — SAP Labs India today formally announced that Mr. Anirban (Andy) Dey, has been appointed managing director effective 01, January 2013.
Taking over from his current role as Vice President, In-Memory Platform Technologies, Andy will further drive operational efficiency, speed
up innovation and steer SAP Labs in its next phase of growth. Andy succeeds V R Ferose, who will take on a new global role in SAP.
Andy has been with SAP since 2008, and has over 15 years of expertise in technology and applications development and comes with an
excellent academic background and proven abilities to manage offshore development and key customer engagements. He has degrees from The
Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, The University of Nebraska, Lincoln, USA, and Haas School of Business, University of California,
Berkeley, USA.
