25 September 2025 – The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) is proud to announce that Sindhu Gangadharan, Managing Director of SAP Labs India and Head of Customer Innovation Services, SAP, has been elevated from Vice President to President of IGCC. A long-standing member of the Indo-German business community, Sindhu brings with her deep cross-cultural experience and a proven track record of leadership at the intersection of technology, innovation and purpose.

Sindhu brings to IGCC more than two decades of leadership experience with SAP, spanning Germany and India, and is widely recognized as one of India’s most influential leaders in technology and business. She is the first woman to lead SAP Labs India and has been instrumental in shaping SAP’s largest R&D hub outside Germany, overseeing innovation across multiple portfolios.

Her appointment as President marks a significant milestone for IGCC, reflecting its commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and forward-looking leadership within the Indo-German business community.
