Tokyo — Sumisei Computer Service Co., Ltd. has developed a rapid installation service for contact centers, ALIVIO-IC, that uses SAP Best Practices, an automatic setting tool provided by SAP Japan Co., Ltd. The new service is available from today. ALIVIO-IC is primarily intended for small and midsized contact centers with 10-30 operators on duty. By specifying in advance the business scenarios and capabilities required by a contact center, and automating system setting during the installation project, the service can substantially reduce installation time and cost compared with conventional installation methods. Sample prices for the shortest installation timescale of two months start from 17 million yen (includes hardware, but not SAP license). This service will be marketed from today by Sumisei Computer Service, which expects to install this system for 10 companies during the next year.
