He also re-invigorated and enhanced SAP’s partner program to reinforce the company’s partner ecosystem in Japan. Just recently, Fujitsu became the first Japanese company to become an SAP global service provider.

Yatsurugi Yoichiro started his career with IBM in Japan and filled various managerial roles in Japan and the United States. In 2001 he became head of AT&T Japan, and was subsequently promoted to head of AT&T Asia Pacific. After a tenure with Japan Telecom (currently Softbank Telecom), he became in 2005 President & CEO of Willcom. In April 2007, Yatsurugi joined SAP Japan as EVP of Strategic Industries and Solutions and in July 2007 was appointed to the Board of Directors.

Both Enslin and Yatsurugi will remain Representative Directors on the Board of Directors of SAP Japan.
