SAP Latin America & the Caribbean takes diversity to the streets

If in common imagination, walls are generally seen as symbols of division and exclusion, in this project we spotted the opportunity to give them a new meaning.

We want the experiences of fostering diversity that were born and developed long ago at SAP to go beyond the walls of our company and to spread to the walls of the streets, democratic areas often filled with the aspirations and insights of artists, poets, protesters, and dreamers.

SAP Latin America & the Caribbean developed a multimedia digital hub (DiversityInTheStreets.com) containing stories from SAP employees related to diversity. Each story is illustrated by a graffiti art made exclusively for the project.

In this digital hub, it is possible to check SAP Latin America & the Caribbean Diversity & Inclusion best-practices, which we believe that might inspire other companies and organizations to help the world run better and improve people’s lives.

As the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for the region, it is my pleasure to share an artistic testimonial of our people’s stories and to invite you to engage, to allow your unconscious biases to be challenged and to reflect on the power of inclusion.
