Esta es la visi\u00f3n que tiene <strong>Marvin Nahmias, CIO de Grupo Lala.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cSi no logras que tus colaboradores est\u00e9n contentos, dif\u00edcilmente habr\u00e1 un ecosistema para la innovaci\u00f3n. 2020.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Para el CIO, las herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas que permiten interpretar y conocer al cliente y sus preferencias se han convertido en activos vitales para mantener un negocio a la vanguardia.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNo hay \u00e1rea dentro de la empresa que tenga mejor contexto de lo c\u00f3mo cambia el entorno de mercado de una empresa que el \u00e1rea de tecnolog\u00eda\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Las herramientas de SAP han permitido que el Grupo Lala analice de mejor manera los datos que recaba de su negocio y le ha permitido
