YBA Kanoo Group Operates in Real-Time with SAP S/4HANA Real-Time Business Suite
MANAMA, Bahrain — 2 August 2021 – The Yusuf Bin Ahmed (YBA) Kanoo Group, one of the largest independent family-owned multinationals in the Middle East, has announced a digital transformation partnership with global technology company SAP. The YBA Kanoo Group operates an extensive portfolio of divisions in shipping, logistics, travel, industrial and energy, capital, and real estate across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia.
With capabilities that will support the digital transformation aspirations of the group’s businesses, YBA Kanoo has chosen to partner with SAP with their S/4 Hana cloud solution. This initiative will help to consolidate the data from disparate systems into one centralised solution, and accelerate the automation of manual processes, said a statement from the company.

In its digital roadmap, the YBA Kanoo Group will work with channel partner Kaar Technologies to deploy a wide range of solutions. The Group will mark the Middle East’s first deployment of the SAP S/4 Hana Private Cloud Edition, along with the SAP Analytics Cloud solution. The SAP Cloud Platform will also integrate between SAP and non-SAP systems, including mobile applications.
