SAP is excited to launch the new Cloud Availability Center for SAP SuccessFactors customers.
The Cloud Availability Center is a personalized cloud dashboard, which provides consolidated views for service availability, performance, and service level up-time reporting. The Cloud Status and Maintenance Dashboards will be retired on September 29 and replaced by the new cloud dashboard.
What are the benefits of the new cloud dashboard?
- The Cloud Availability Center is a new and improved cloud dashboard with an intuitive design that gives accurate, up-to-date information.
- Benefit from an at-a-glance view of product status, critical information, maintenance updates and notifications – all in one place.
- It is personalized – you will only see the products that are relevant to you.
What will happen to the current Cloud Status and Maintenance Dashboards?
On September 29, the Cloud Availability Center tile will automatically replace the Cloud Status Dashboard and Maintenance Schedule tiles. To ensure a smooth transition, please do not make any changes to these tiles on your SAP ONE Support Launchpad home page.
The Cloud Availability Center will launch to SAP SuccessFactors customers first. If you are interested in trying the new cloud dashboard before September 29, a beta version is available, now. It is accessed through the SAP ONE Support Launchpad.
