Scores high on Brand Loyalty
Bangalore, India, — SAP, world’s leading provider of business software solutions has received the prestigious PC-Quest Users’ Choice Award 2003 in the ERP software category for its best in class enterprise business software solutions. SAP has bagged this award for the third consecutive year. According to the survey, in terms of brand loyalty, 87% users of SAP say that they will stick to SAP.

The survey was designed conducted and analyzed by IDC India, the country’s most comprehensive, dependable and respected resource for market research and consulting in the field of IT and Telecom. The survey had two different segments: Enterprise and Personal. The enterprise segment had three strata; based on the annual IT spend: Rs 25 Lakh – Rs 50 lakh, Rs 50 lakh – Rs 1 Crore and 1 crore and above. The survey covered seven cities: Delhi (NCT), Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.
