mySAP Business Suite (HRIS) now fully integrates employee-related processes and information with business process and strategies
Singapore — PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk (BII) today announced the go-Live and successful implementation of mySAP Business Suite comprising the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) module for 50 users. With the implementation, BII is expected to realize significant improvement and change in the bank’s operations. BII can now fully integrate employee related processes and information with business processes and strategies.

BII successfully implemented 6 key HR modules of SAP. This Phase 1 Implementation which covered Personnel Administration, Human Resource Master Data & Time Management, Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, Organization Management, was completed in 6 months (including 1 month go-live support). Phase 2 Implementation which covers Personnel Development, Training and Event Management, Travel Management, Employee Self Service and Strategic Enterprise Management, is currently underway. It is proven that SAP HR solution is capable of integrating the unique requirements BII’s HR through a single enterprise platform.
The implementation has brought more than 7000 employees a number of important benefits. Firstly, it will assist the bank in achieving their corporate goals through accurate HR data which is now readily accessible by BII’s management team whose decision making capability has been enhanced. With visibility to BII’s resource utilization, the bank can now optimize their productivity level. The solution will streamline HR processes and greatly reduce administrative costs. In addition, the solution will enable BII’s resources to deliver excellent service, as their performance is now accurately documented and reviewed. “Our choice to implement mySAP Business Suite has given BII important benefits.
