“These are benchmarking honors for SAP Labs India to re-emphasize our leadership in Industry Best Practices and our world class People Management policies. As a result of our sound HR policies, our attrition rates are among the lowest in the industry. Also, the fact that close to 50% of our recruitments over the last 2 years are done through referrals shows that our employees believe in our value system so that in addition to them staying with us, they also want to get their acquaintances into the organization. We take this as further motivation to keep innovating to harness and build ‘people power’ and retain our commitment to being the “Employer of choice” and “Great Place to Work””, said Satish Venkatachaliah, Vice President HR, SAP Labs India.
