THAILAND —SAP Southeast Asia (NYSE: SAP) today announced that Thai KK Group will be implementing SAP Business ByDesign through Netizen Co., Ltd. to further improve overall business productivity and operational efficiency.
Thai KK group is Thailand’s market leader in Labels, Adhesive Tapes, Melamine and Urea Molding Compounds. Its factory occupies an area of 88,000 square meters, with more than 500 employees across Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.
As the company continues to grow, they were faced with the challenge of not having an integrated enterprise resource planning or ERP system. Without an integrated solution among its business functions in the various countries, information was often reported and presented in silos with little to no link between other key systems and functions, presenting the lack of efficiency and productivity in its business operations and planning.
“We see technology as a strategic asset to build our competitive advantage, which will be instrumental in our plans to expand our growth across the ASEAN market,” said Khun Chawaeng Uvimolchai, President of Thai KK Group, “This is why we have chosen to run with a leading global ERP standard such as SAP and a reputable partner as Netizen in the implementation and deployment.”
SAP Business ByDesign is a single cloud ERP solution aimed for fast-growing, mid-market businesses to scale and compete without the complexity. As an intelligent cloud ERP, SAP Business ByDesign will allow Thai KK group to streamline end-to-end processes, provide instant value by enabling agility to quickly adapt to new opportunities and gain better business impact by providing real-time analytics to help improve profits and efficiency.
“As one of Thailand’s fastest growing companies, we look forward to Thai KK group’s mission to continuously innovate and expand their business on the cloud by running with SAP,” Fabio Tiviti, SAP Asia Pacific and Japan Vice President for Strategy and Commercial Sales adds.
Thai KK Group will leverage Netizen’s ByDesign Arabica, a top-class customized solution which supports local business processes, accounting practices and local requirements according to the Revenue Department of Thailand – especially the incumbent IFRS adoption. With sharp acumens and visions, thus Thai KK group is to be well on priming itself to be listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the very near future. Netizen is truly proud to be a part of this journey to success.
