Following the announcement of its global Q4 and full year 2025 earnings on January 29, SAP has announced multiple new SAP Business Suite customers across Asia Pacific, including several companies leading with SAP Business AI during Q4. SAP Business Suite is an integrated portfolio where applications, data, and AI work seamlessly together to simplify work and accelerate outcomes across every area of the business.

Asia Pacific customers are leading with SAP Business AI
SAP announced new Asia Pacific Business AI customers in Q4, including some of the most recognised companies in the world.
In Japan, one of the world’s leading beverage companies, Kirin Holdings, has chosen to transform with SAP’s Business Suite. The company selected a range of solutions including SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, SAP Business AI, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Integrated Business Planning, and SAP Global Trade Services, in addition to SAP Solution Extensions through partners including OpenText and Syniti.
In India, Tech Mahindra has chosen SAP Joule for Consultants, SAP’s natural language AI solution tailored for the needs of SAP consultants. Joule for Consultants brings together SAP’s vast knowledge base – including millions of non-public documents and lines of code – and turns that institutional expertise into an assistant to augment staff productivity, cut down time-consuming searches, and help to make better-informed decisions.
Headquartered in New Zealand, the world’s leading kiwi fruit producer Zespri is transforming with SAP Business Data Cloud alongside one of SAP’s new intelligent applications, which are designed to transform decision-making across lines of business. Zespri has chosen SAP Cloud ERP Intelligence Private in SAP Business Data Cloud to continue its investment in SAP.
Cloud transformation through the SAP Business Suite
Customers across Asia Pacific are also investing across the SAP Business Suite.
The leading airline in the Philippines, Cebu Air, Inc., is moving to the cloud with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
Globe Telecom, a frontrunner in telco and digital services in the Philippines, said, “Globe is strengthening its enterprise planning capabilities with the transition to SAP Analytics Cloud, transforming the way it manages budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.”
Hero MotoCorp, one of India’s leading motorcycle and scooter manufacturers, is embarking on its RISE with SAP journey with SAP Integrated Business Planning, SAP Ariba, SAP Business Technology Platform, and WalkMe. The company noted, “Integrating advanced digital solutions for finance, procurement, supply chain will enable Hero’s vision of being the future of mobility.”
Australia’s leading pharmacy network, Sigma Healthcare, chose a range of SAP solutions including SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, SAP Digital Supply Chain, SAP Integrated Business Planning, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, and SAP Analytics Cloud. The company noted, “Sigma Healthcare has broadened its commitment to the SAP Business Suite by moving both its existing business and its newly merged companies onto a new RISE with SAP agreement, to be hosted on AWS infrastructure.”
Staying in Australia, Weir Minerals Australia chose SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, and WalkMe, while South Australian energy company SA Power Networks chose RISE with SAP and Origin Energy chose SAP Fieldglass. Across the Tasman, New Zealand’s PowerCo Limited also selected a range of solutions on its RISE with SAP journey, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Signavio, and LeanIX.
In Singapore, leading security company Certis Group has chosen SAP solutions including SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and SAP SuccessFactors. It noted, “As part of its broader digital transformation, Certis is working with SAP to modernise its core enterprise systems. The initiative establishes a unified and future-ready digital foundation to support business agility and long-term innovation.”
In South Korea, KT DS Co. Ltd., part of KT Group, chose SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition. And in Japan, both Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co. Ltd. and Yusen Logistics Global Management Co. Ltd. chose SAP SuccessFactors.
In Greater China, Suzhou Wanxiang Technology Co. Ltd., noted, “As a company listed on the ChiNext board, our business has been rapidly expanding into a multi-entity group with international operations … To fundamentally address these challenges, we have chosen to implement SAP as the cornerstone of our digital transformation … SAP’s powerful integrated platform enables end-to-end enterprise performance visibility with real-time anomaly alerts, embedding risk control directly into business workflows. It seamlessly connects R&D, production, procurement, sales, and after-sales service, ensuring real-time integration of operational data with financials—including cost accounting and cash management—dramatically enhancing finance-operations alignment.”
Growth in the public cloud
Q4 also saw a range of customers embracing GROW with SAP.
In Greater China, Xuzhou Mansen Clothing Co. Ltd. moved to GROW with SAP, choosing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Business Technology Platform as part of the first local contract for SAP’s latest strategic cooperation with Alibaba Cloud. The company noted, “Choosing to partner with SAP is a pivotal step for us in transitioning from experience-driven operations to digital governance. With SAP’s robust and agile Cloud ERP and Business Technology Platform, we are empowered to support diverse business lines, respond swiftly to market changes, and drive smart manufacturing and sustainable growth through digital transformation.”
In Indonesia, PT Global Infotech Solutions chose GROW with SAP, noting, “With SAP’s cloud ERP, Global Infotech Solution successfully optimized operational costs and improved overall profitability through more integrated and efficient business processes. This implementation reinforces our position as a trusted technology partner in Indonesia and reflects our commitment to delivering a solid, scalable technology infrastructure that supports our customers’ long-term business growth.”
Sa Giang Import-Export Corporation in Vietnam also chose GROW with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
