Following the announcement of SAP\u2019s Q1 2026 earnings on April 23<\/a>, the company today announced a series of new customer wins and go-lives, showcasing continued demand and momentum for Business AI and cloud across Asia Pacific.<\/h2>\n

Commenting on the announcement, Verena Siow, Regional Business Suite Leader, SAP Asia Pacific, said,<\/p>\n

\u201cNo industry in Asia Pacific or around the world is immune to the profound changes that we are experiencing. That\u2019s why it\u2019s so encouraging to see businesses in diverse industries from airlines, fashion brands, energy companies to government organisations embracing SAP to transform and make Business AI real. That innovation is helping organisations in every country and every sector expand, empower, and excel to create real business value.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

SAP cloud and Business AI drives transformation across industries<\/strong><\/h3>\n

From energy to airlines, and cloud to curry, a broad range of companies across Asia Pacific chose SAP in Q1 to support their business and technology transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n

After signing a strategic cooperation agreement in May 2025, SAP and Alibaba Group reached a major milestone as SAP Cloud ERP went live<\/a> on Alibaba Cloud China<\/strong>, nearly three months ahead of the original plan. This marks the realization of SAP’s strategy to fully implement its core cloud solutions in China, using “China speed” to provide enterprises with a compliant, intelligent, and scalable digital core, supporting them to establish themselves locally, expand steadily overseas, and win globally.<\/p>\n

In Korea, Samsung Electro-Mechanics <\/strong>went live with its RISE with SAP implementation, using Samsung SDS as its delivery partner<\/a>. The project has significantly increased Samsung Electro-Mechanics\u2019 IT efficiency and data processing performance, and enhanced work efficiency by more than 25%.<\/p>\n

Indonesia\u2019s flag carrier airline, Garuda Indonesia<\/strong>, continued its transformation by selecting SAP Cloud ERP Private, SAP Business Transformation Management including SAP Signavio and SAP Taulia, SAP Business Data Cloud, and OpenText.<\/p>\n

The company noted, \u201cBecoming a more agile, data-driven airline is a cornerstone of Garuda Indonesia\u2019s ongoing transformation journey. By adopting SAP Cloud ERP, we are enabling automation, real-time visibility, and stronger financial control. This will help us improve our efficiency as we drive long-term growth with enhanced customer experience.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Baba Products<\/strong>, which produces the curry powder and spices used in as many as a third of all meals<\/a> in Malaysia, chose SAP Cloud ERP Private, alongside SAP Document Reporting & Compliance and SAP SuccessFactors. The company said, \u201cBaba Products is a strong advocate of SAP solutions, with our core business operations fully powered by SAP across ERP, SuccessFactors, and HCM. SAP has been instrumental in enabling our digital transformation, improving operational efficiency and supporting scalable business growth. As part of our continuous innovation journey, we are currently transitioning to RISE with SAP to further enhance system agility, cloud capabilities, and long-term business sustainability.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Goldi Solar<\/strong>, India\u2019s leading manufacturer of solar panels, has chosen SAP Cloud ERP Private, SAP Business AI, and WalkMe. It noted, \u201cGoldi Solar is one of the fastest growing companies in the Indian renewable sector, specializing in solar photovoltaic modules. As part of our digital transformation journey, we are upgrading RISE with SAP to unlock greater scalability and advanced capabilities. With SAP\u2019s robust ecosystem, including SAP Business AI and WalkMe, we are enhancing operational efficiency, improving user adoption, and accelerating innovation. SAP\u2019s integrated solutions, combined with our expanded infrastructure, are playing a pivotal role in supporting our growth and enabling us to stay ahead in a competitive market.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

STYLEM <\/strong>(STYLEM TAKISADA\u2011OSAKA CO., LTD), one of Japan\u2019s most storied fashion and textile brands, selected SAP Cloud ERP Private alongside SAP Business AI and SAP Business Technology Platform to support the organisation\u2019s vision of creating tomorrow\u2019s style.<\/p>\n

Bajel Projects Limited<\/strong>, one of India\u2019s leading power transmission and distribution engineering companies, selected SAP Business AI solutions to strengthen its data analytics and decision-making capabilities. And one of the world\u2019s largest tyre companies, Apollo Tyres Limited,<\/strong> selected SAP Cloud ERP Private and a suite of SAP software including SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management and SAP Business Technology Platform.<\/p>\n

Developing some of the world\u2019s most advanced displays and sensors, Japan Display Inc (JDI)<\/strong> has selected SAP Cloud ERP Private to upgrade its enterprise systems. Meanwhile, JTEKT Gear Systems Corporation<\/strong>, a specialist in automotive gears, expanded its SAP Cloud ERP Public transformation by committing to a range of SAP solutions including SAP Business AI, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Business Network.<\/p>\n

And in Greater China, Shenzhen Hepalink Pharmaceutical Group<\/strong>, whose businesses focus on biopharmaceuticals and the development of innovative drugs, selected SAP Cloud ERP Private to support its business growth.<\/p>\n

Continued momentum across SAP solutions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In Korea, SK shieldus <\/strong>chose SAP Cloud ERP Private, noting \u201cSK shieldus, South Korea\u2019s leading integrated security company, has expanded its cloud ERP transformation \u2026 under RISE with SAP. This expanded partnership reflects SK shieldus\u2019s commitment to modernizing its enterprise operations with SAP\u2019s cloud solutions, supporting the company\u2019s mission to deliver smarter, more digitized security services to its customers across South Korea.<\/p>\n

And in the Philippines, the nation\u2019s official insurance provider for public servants, the Government Service Insurance System, <\/strong>purchased SAP SuccessFactors.<\/p>\n

Travellers International Hotel Group<\/strong>, a resort developer in the Philippines, implemented SAP Cloud ERP Private as part of a strategic enterprise transformation program. The initiative included the deployment of a range of products including SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Ariba, \u00a0establishing a future-ready digital core across finance, operations, procurement, and supply chain. By modernizing its enterprise architecture, the organization is better positioned to strengthen resilience, improve decision-making, and create long-term value through a more agile, integrated, and innovation-ready foundation.<\/p>\n
