Its not clear why should one go for SAP AMS certification, did not find any benefits as such; please guide/clarify?
Is it only the SAP product certification or any other product will also get assessed? How can SAP assess somebody else’s product?
Is the assessment based on ITIL V3 (Service Management) framework? Is it a process audit or product audit?

It is a process audit and is based on ITIL V3 framework.
    It includes factors like –
    1. How many people in organization are ITIL V3 certified?
    2. Whether you have effective DRP in place
    3. What tools do you use for ticket management – Remedy, Solution Manager etc.
    4. How to you monitor SLA and report compliance
    5. How do you do on-boarding of new assignment…….
