Air rescue with T-Systems

The Swiss air-rescue service Rega has entrusted T-Systems with hosting the servers for its SAP system.  The data centers are located in the Swiss municipalities of Zollikofen and Langenthal. Rega uses SAP software for personnel planning, and ultimately for the deployment of helicopters and jets. The Swiss air-rescue service is called out to some 14,000 rescue missions every year. To enable the coordination and deployment of emergency rescue helicopters, the software must run absolutely smoothly. T-Systems guarantees high security standards, redundant servers, and 24-hour operation every day of the year.
