D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en kapsay\u0131c\u0131 \u015firketlerinden biri olan SAP, \u015firket i\u00e7indeki kad\u0131n lider oran\u0131n\u0131 son 10 y\u0131lda %30\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cNiyetle Etki Yaratmak\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SAP \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu Business Women\u2019s Network (\u0130\u015f Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 A\u011f\u0131 &#8211; BWN)\u2019\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki lansman etkinli\u011finin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yapan <strong>SAP T\u00fcrkiye BWN Lideri Evrim \u00c7olako\u011flu,<\/strong> \u201cYola \u00c7\u0131kmak\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 konu\u015fmas\u0131nda; SAP\u2019nin, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en kapsay\u0131c\u0131 \u015firketlerinden biri olma hedefini \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n da kurum i\u00e7indeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla destekledi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131nlara mesleki i\u00e7g\u00f6r\u00fclerini payla\u015fma, di\u011fer kad\u0131nlar\u0131 destekleme ve \u00e7e\u015fitlilik konular\u0131nda SAP i\u00e7inde fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rma f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunan BWN\u2019de, 3 ana hedefleri oldu\u011funu belirten \u00c7olako\u011flu, bunlar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle aktard\u0131:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi ve t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara e\u015fit f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n sunulmas\u0131 konusunda SAP samimi bir \u015firket. Fakat \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k konusundaki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, ancak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n da bu i\u015fin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmas\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Business Women\u2019s Network olarak SAP i\u00e7erisindeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan grubunun par\u00e7as\u0131y\u0131z. Bug\u00fcn, 97 \u00fclkede 15.000\u2019den fazla \u00fcye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ile varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren bu network\u2019\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye lansman\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. 3 ana oda\u011f\u0131m\u0131z var, networking, ment\u00f6rl\u00fck ve kad\u0131n rol modelleri daha g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr hale getirmek.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Temel olarak hem kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hem erkeklerin kariyerleri i\u00e7in networking ve ment\u00f6rl\u00fck \u00e7ok kritik. Ancak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar her ikisinin de kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in daha da \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.\u00a0 Bunun nedeni muhtemelen k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn i\u00e7ine yerle\u015fti\u011fi i\u00e7in fark\u0131na var\u0131lamayan baz\u0131 \u00f6nyarg\u0131 ve \u00f6n kabulleri, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ancak birbirlerinin tecr\u00fcbelerinden \u00f6\u011frenerek a\u015fabilmeleri. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla biz \u2018niyetle etki yaratmak\u2019 \u00fczere \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu yolda hem kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kariyerlerini destekleyecek hem de ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir co\u015fkuyla kutlayaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya Ekonomik Forumu\u2019nun (WEF) yak\u0131n zamanda yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir raporda, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda kad\u0131n erkek \u00fccret e\u015fitsizli\u011finin ortadan kalkaca\u011f\u0131 tarihin \u00f6telendi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken \u00c7olako\u011flu, BWN T\u00fcrkiye ekibi olarak Eyl\u00fcl 2022\u2019de faaliyetlerine ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve geli\u015ftirecekleri projelerin e\u015fitlik, \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k odakl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cDo\u011fru Zaman, Do\u011fru Yol Arkada\u015flar\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclenin aksine BWN\u2019nin yaln\u0131zca SAP i\u00e7indeki kad\u0131n lider oran\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fctmeye de\u011fil, zamanla bu etkiyi \u00f6nce SAP ekosisteminde daha sonra da teknoloji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yayg\u0131n hale getirme hedefine vurgu yapan <strong>SAP T\u00fcrkiye Stratejik \u0130\u015f Birlikleri Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Asl\u0131 Dikenelli<\/strong>, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cY\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz yol biraz zorlay\u0131c\u0131 biraz heyecanl\u0131 ama \u00e7ok\u00e7a da \u00f6\u011fretici bir yol.
