Bu nedenle kad\u0131n dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 konusunda ad\u0131m atma hayalim hep vard\u0131. SAP\u2019de beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015fahane kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu hayale ortak olmas\u0131yla 2022\u2019de Business Women\u2019s Network\u2019u kurduk. SAP d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en kapsay\u0131c\u0131 \u015firketlerinden biri olma hedefiyle d\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne emin ad\u0131mlarla yol al\u0131yor. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici oran\u0131m\u0131z %19 iken bu oran bug\u00fcn %30, hedef de %50. Biz de BWN olarak bu yolculu\u011fun \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Business Women\u2019s Network olarak, \u00fc\u00e7 ana oda\u011f\u0131m\u0131z var. Kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc i\u015f a\u011flar\u0131 \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemli. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kodlar\u0131n alt\u0131na gizlenmi\u015f baz\u0131 bariyerleri ancak ba\u015fka kad\u0131nlarla tecr\u00fcbe payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yaparak fark edip a\u015fabiliyoruz. Bu etkinli\u011fin hem ekosistemdeki i\u015f ortaklar\u0131m\u0131zla hem teknoloji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki payda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla biraraya gelmek konusunda d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 umuyorum. Yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z de\u011feri i\u015f ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z ve m\u00fc\u015fterilemizle birlikte her y\u0131l daha da b\u00fcy\u00fctece\u011fiz. Bu sene ilk kez verdi\u011fimiz Teknolojide \u0130lham Veren Lider \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc i\u00e7in de \u00e7ok heyecanl\u0131y\u0131z. BWN bu kapsamda \u00e7ok kritik bir noktada konumlan\u0131yor.
