Yapay Zeka\u00a0\u00fcretkenli\u011fi art\u0131rmak, risk y\u00f6netimi ve ba\u015fta i\u015fe al\u0131m\u00a0olmak \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyiminde rol oynuyor. SOCAR i\u00e7in dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00f6ncelikli stratejimiz oldu. Verimlilik \u00fczerinden de\u011fer yaratmaya odakland\u0131k. SAP olarak yapay zekan\u0131n insanlar\u0131n ya\u015famlar\u0131na, m\u00fc\u015fterilerimizin i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ve SAP<\/i><span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span><i>nin topluma ve ekonomiye etkisini \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsiyoruz. \u0130nsan dokunu\u015funu s\u0131f\u0131ra indirmeden, insanlar\u0131 \u00f6tekile\u015ftirmeden t\u00fcm yapay zeka geli\u015fimi s\u00fcreci \u015feffaf bir \u015fekilde payla\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u0130K taraf\u0131nda ise yapay zeka destekli 4 temel odak noktam\u0131z bulunuyor: \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimini iyile\u015ftirmek, i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc gelece\u011fe haz\u0131rlamak, \u0130K departmanlar\u0131na esneklik ve uyum konusunda destek olmak ve \u0130K verisinin t\u00fcm \u015firket s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde kullan\u0131labilmesine olanak sa\u011flamak. Yapay zekay\u0131 bu noktada 3 ana uygulama alan\u0131nda kullan\u0131yoruz; Deep Learning Al, Generative Al ve Joule (Conversational AI).
